Glow Up Circle: A Focus on Self-Love

Let Abide Inclusive Therapy help you find your inner peace and balance while supported by peers that can relate. This group is for young adults (18-35) that identify as female. This group is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed. 

• When: Tuesdays from 6-7:30 pm starting 4/15/2025
• Where: 5306 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604
• Cost: $50 per session or a discounted rate of $250 for those who pay in full in advance (reduced fee sessions are available as needed)
• Initial Consultation: A free, 15 minute individual consultation call will be required prior to joining to ensure the group is a good fit.
• Therapeutic Approach: Sessions will include psychoeducation, grounding skills, and support from peers, offering space for meaningful processing in a supportive environment.

Two of Abide Inclusive Therapy's counselors (Alec Rothschild & Emily Owens) are offering a political anxiety support group for those who are struggling to navigate these tumultuous times. Alec and Emily are warm, person-centered therapists who are queer-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming. 

• Cost: Sessions will be $50 (with sliding scale options)
• Where:  1509 Haywood Road, Suite C, Hendersonville, NC 28791
• Therapeutic Approach:  The group will use an adapted model of the stages of grief to help individuals process their emotions, connect with others, and feel empowered to take value-based action. Together, we aim to form a small, trustworthy community of folks who learn to cope together.  
• Session Dates: Held weekly on Thursdays from 6-8 beginning on March 20th, 2025. We plan on running this group for the foreseeable future, working in 5 week cycles so we can rotate group members in and out as needed.
