Let Abide Inclusive Therapy help you find your inner peace and balance while supported by peers that can relate. This group is for young adults (18-35) that identify as female. This group is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed. 

•  Cost: $45 per session or a discounted rate of $250 for those who pay in full in advance 
•  Initial Assessment: An individual consultation will be required prior to joining to ensure the group is a good fit. This can be billed to BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, or UnitedHealthcare or self-pay for $75. 
•  Therapeutic Approach: Sessions will incorporate DBT and mindfulness techniques, offering space for meaningful processing in a supportive environment.
