Abide Inclusive Therapy is a group of talented therapists who are effective in counseling around a number of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, co-dependency and behavior change. We are passionate about aiding individuals who are exploring their gender identity and/or sexual orientation. Our organization also counsels couples through relational challenges, parenting concerns, and ethical separations. Therapy and counseling services are covered by Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina, Ambetter, MedCost, CareFirst, United Healthcare, Anthem EAP-Bank of America, Anthem BCBS, Quest Behavioral Health, Optum, Oscar, and Oxford.
We are also able to provide superbills to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Individual Sessions: $150
Couples: $150-$175
Family: $150-$175
*We do not currently take Medicare or Medicaid; we do offer reduced cost sessions based on financial need.
Abide Inclusive Community is passionate about expanding access to mental health treatment. We understand that at times insurance deductibles, co-pays, or being uninsured can make seeking mental health treatment feel impossible. We offer sliding scale services based on your current income. If we do not have a clinician that can meet your needs we are happy to provide you with referrals. Your access to a quality therapist is the highest priority.
Abide Inclusive Community is a not-for-profit sister to Abide Inclusive Therapy.
All therapy fees, supervision fees, and future CEU fees are considered a donation for services to Abide Inclusive Community. We currently provide therapy fee directly to the counselors providing services up to $100 per therapy session, after that a donation goes directly to the organization in order to continue to expand our services. As a not for profit organization we invest 100% of the money coming in to the community of clinicians involved.
