 My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. Each person is unique, so the work we do in therapy will be uniquely tailored to you. Together, we will identify your goals and develop a path toward them. I have a background in harm reduction, which has shaped my belief that change of any kind cannot be forced or rushed. I will follow your pace in our work, meeting you where you are, and cultivating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing. 

I was a professional dancer before I began to pursue social work, because of this I understand the number of pressures that life, expectations and career can bring. I am also a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and would be delighted to help you explore your true self.
