I am a direct though empathetic clinician. I am focused on helping you identify and reach your goals utilizing small changes that build to more fulfilling life. Each person is treated with respect, empathy and dignity. I believe that the major source of change is a strong relationship between myself and the individuals with whom I work.  

I truly enjoy working with professionals who are transitioning through the stages of life. People who find themselves most connected are those who are busy and overwhelmed but still looking for that comfortable space to talk about the stuff life throws at you in your 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60's. 

I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I work primarily with older professionals though have experience with those who are struggling with maintaining or finding satisfaction in life after substance use recovery. 

I do offer sliding scale slots to those who qualify for Medicare at $95 per session.

I currently have availability for Aetna, Aetna State Health Plan, BCBS, CareFirst, Cigna, United, MedCost and private pay clients. I am seeing patients in-person in Hendersonville, NC and via telehealth (MD & NC).
