Dani Frank, LCSW

I’m so glad you’re here and taking a step to care for your mental and emotional well-being.  I work primarily with individuals in recovery from substance abuse, as well as family members affected by addiction; however, I do have extensive experience treating a wide variety of other mental health concerns.  Whether you’re navigating early recovery, managing co-occurring mental health symptoms, or seeking support as a family member, I provide a compassionate space where healing and growth are possible. I honor each person’s unique recovery journey and tailor therapy to meet you where you are, and I strive to create a space that will make their life more peaceful and manageable.  

As a person in long-term recovery and a family member of someone who struggled with substance use, I bring both professional training and personal experience to my work. This gives me a deep sense of empathy and understanding for what it takes to make lasting change. I specialize in addiction and co-occurring disorders, but I also have experience treating a variety of other mental health concerns. 

I have my Master’s degree in Social Work and integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and 12-Step Principles into my therapeutic approach. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I value the uniqueness of each person’s path and honor your individual process—no one-size-fits-all healing here.
