 My job is to support you or your loved one. When we work together, we work together as a team. More than anything, I aim to provide a place of safety and comfort for all of my clients. Expect for me to hear you, validate you, and challenge you to grow. I will celebrate your highs and sit with you in your lows. You can expect that our sessions are a place where you can unmask, be yourself, and find support free from judgement.  

 I’m not going to pretend I have all the answers. I bring a lot of life, education, and professional experiences to the table, more than I could put into a brief bio. But at the end of the day, I’m a person who wants to help people. The thing that makes me different is that I do bring a lot to the table, and yet I will always respect you as the expert in your life. I am eager to learn from you as we navigate life together. All sexual and gender orientations and relationship types are welcome and safe in my care. I consider it a privilege to work with you. 

 I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing an array of life’s challenges, primarily trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and navigating ADHD and autism. My most utilized modalities are always person-centered and trauma-informed, tailored to suit the needs of the individual. I typically integrate cognitive behavioral therapy psychodynamic, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative-focused, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy modalities into my practice.

 I currently have availability for insurance and private pay clients. I see clients in-person in Raleigh, NC (coming soon!) and via telehealth (NC).
