Frequently Asked Questions

Abide Inclusive Therapy offers a variety of counseling services including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We also offer supportive coaching services, including ADHD coaching, university integration coaching, and family coaching services.

During your first session with Abide Inclusive Therapy, your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

A counseling session with Abide Inclusive Therapy typically lasts for 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

Our therapy and counseling services are covered by Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, CareFirst, United Healthcare, Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP-Bank of America, Anthem BCBS, Optum, Oscar, and Oxford. We are also able to provide superbills to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Our self-pay rates are as follows:

Individual Sessions: $150

Couples: $150-$175

Family: $150-$175

Abide Inclusive offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Our main office is located at 1509 Haywood Road, Suite C, Hendersonville, NC 28791. We also have a secondary office in Raleigh located at 1000 Vintage Creek Drive, Office Suite 5, Raleigh, NC 27607. Check our "About" page to see which clinicians practice at these locations.

We also have clinicians that offer telehealth services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine, Maryland, and Virginia.
