I am a transgender East Coast native with a deep-rooted passion for adventure, healing, and the transformative power of nature—both land and water. My clinical approach is rooted in kindness, curiosity, and affirmation, blending gentle guidance with the profound healing potential of the natural world and your inner world. Every step of my journey to be here with you has been intentional, shaped by a deep respect for both human experience and the landscapes that support growth and transformation.
Once we meet and I start getting to know you, I'll dig into my repertoire of approaches to see which one may suit your needs best. I love working with Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment, and the person-centered approach while sprinkling in mindfulness where it is meaningful and received.
