Our Mission
At Abide Inclusive Therapy, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling and coaching services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.
Our Approach
Abide Inclusive is a trauma-informed team of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming clinicians who believe in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, where we work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment. Our team is experienced with a variety of approaches, including art therapy, EMDR for trauma, and the Gottman Method for couples.
Our Services
We realize that therapy is a powerful tool but it is not the only tool in the tool box. We are pleased to offer a variety of supportive coaching services in addition to our individual, couples, and family counseling services.
We offer in-person services in Hendersonville, NC, Raleigh, NC, and telehealth services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Maine and Maryland.
