You can expect a warm and safe space to share your experiences. Your nervous system will relax into a calming state that lets you know it is okay to share your vulnerabilities. We will identify what is contributing to your ongoing uncomfortable experiences. You’ll learn new perspectives, insights about yourself and practical tools to support you on your path forward.
I think you will be surprised how we can create a balance of making light of the hard stuff while acknowledging the immense weight it puts on you. Life can be a drag sometimes. Let’s take your bewilderment, stagnancy and misery and turn it into confidence, momentum and hope!
I’ve walked a day in your shoes and had my own experiences with homophobia, anxiety, attention problems, and relationship conflict. My mission is to help you gain the tools, skills, and perspectives to live an authentic life that will make you proud.
I’ve gotten overwhelmed, tired, and stuck throughout the years. What made the difference was learning techniques and new ways of looking at things that helped me communicate better, have less anxiety, focus more, and accept myself. I realized if I did nothing to change things, I would continue to struggle, suffer, and ultimately miss out on living a fully authentic life.
I want to get you to a better place too!
