My therapeutic style is collaborative, gentle, and grounding. I believe that you are the expert of your own lived experience, and together, we’ll identify what healing looks like for you. My role is to provide trauma-informed support, guidance, and validation, while keeping you in the driver's seat of your own growth journey. Therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you, with plenty of room for authenticity and lightness along the way.
