Therapy is a space to explore, reflect, and experiment with new ways of being. My work focuses on emotional regulation, curiosity, and personal agency. Together, we look at how emotions show up, how patterns form, and how to respond with awareness and choice. We’ll uncover insights, explore possibilities, and translate them into practical tools for growth.
I bring unwavering authenticity and a love of teaching and learning to my work. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, I use a trauma-informed approach that moves at the pace of safety and readiness, allowing change to unfold with care and intention.
Grounded in awareness of how social and cultural forces shape our lives, I create space to recognize inequities and affirm those impacted by systems of oppression. Together, we explore recurring patterns and possibilities with curiosity and purpose.
I specialize in supporting clients navigating relationship dynamics, identity, neurodivergence, trauma, and life transitions. My work integrates education, accountability, and collaboration to help weave growth into everyday life.
I see individuals ages 12+, couples and families, and welcome non-monogamous clients. We typically work in 50-minute sessions. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma informed. I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, relationship frameworks, and cultural backgrounds.
I have a 20 lb. therapy-dog-in-training named Bean. He’s very friendly and well-behaved, and many clients enjoy his presence. We can discuss during intake whether having him in-person is a good fit for your sessions.
